We care enough to use only the very finest California-grown walnuts. They
are shelled when needed (for freshness) and
then shipped.
They are blended and mellowed into a smooth and creamy
filling that melts in your mouth. We use only pure cane sugar to enhance
flavor, unlike some who use invert sugar, which leaves
an after taste.
Our light, delicately sweet pastry is made from a custom milled wheat
flour with no added chemicals.
